"Fragrant" is defined as a sweet, pleasant odor. Contrary to this would be the smell of a baby's dirty diaper! Yet how lovely is the smell of a clean, freshly lotioned and powdered baby after their bath. Baby and mother are both happy as the sweet smell permeates the room. The one you want to hand over to Mom as quickly as you can, and the other you want to reach out and pick up from Mom's arms.
So, the question of the day is "What is your fragrance?" Are you one who others don't want to be around? Or are others wanting to smell the freshness and welcoming presence of your sweet spirit because you are a blossom strong with the fragrance of the Spirit of Christ?
It takes the knowledge of God's Word to develop His sweet fragrance - learning about God's Word and His principles. As God's fragrance enters others' lives, they then begin the process of blossoming into the maturity of the Holy Spirit. As the process continues from person to person, we will be full of blossoms, creating a fragrance that can eventually permeate the whole city and eventually the world.
I pray that God will continue to lead you into a triumphal procession to reach the fullness of His sweet fragrance.
"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place" (2 Corinthians 2:14, KJV).
Blessings!
