Embracing Your New Beginnings

I was asked by my Life Coach, Kamal Latham, author of “Your CEO Potential: Realizing Your Calling, Equipping, and Outcomes in Christ Jesus”, “What are you called to do?” My response was, “to encourage others.” Encouraging others is an important part of my life. My book, “Embracing Your New Beginnings”, allows me to share the joy and peace that is in my heart, which has been generated by the courses of all my new beginnings. It has been the Word of God that navigated me through my good and bad times, and helped me learn how to embrace all of my new beginnings and inspire others to do the same. I believe that everyone in this world is trying to do his or her very best. Unfortunately, many times our efforts are met with failures and disappointments. However, I have found that a kind word of encouragement can help others realize that they are not alone, and that their failures does not have to be the end of their journey. Furthermore, encouragement can also be an avenue of applauding the good others do and helping them with pursuing and embracing their new beginnings.

The Bible says much about new beginnings. My whole life has been encouraged and inspired by the Bible. In my book, I share many of the Holy Scriptures that has led, encouraged, and inspired me. Moreover, I pray that you will allow them to do the same for you. The Bible shares insight on how new beginnings can come from a range of contexts; a new year’s resolutions, writing your first book, a job promotion, or beginning a new relationship. A new beginning could also be entering a new phase of life with a simplified point of view or belief, like becoming a believer in Christ Jesus! While writing this book, Holy Spirit provided me with insight, direction and encouragement from the beginning and end of each chapter. God provided me strength and support through His Word. He will do the same for you. I have decided to embrace all of my new beginnings for the rest of my life! It is my prayer that this book will encourage you to do the same, and to embrace a fresh start in Jesus Christ with the words of 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." God bless you.
